Lead by Ulixes member Tietgen, DIGAS develops tools favouring work placements of young graduates in “weak” disciplines (e.g. phylosophy, theology, etc.), by delivering full-time training programmes –in strict co-operation with businesses– in order to equip them with competences most required by the labour market, especially by SMEs.
Training focuses among the rest on cross-culture, strategies for internationalisation, evaluation of market potential, business expansion on foreign markets.
